1. Service Description

PropFirmCopilot offers automated signal distribution services for traders, particularly those participating in prop firm challenges and funded accounts. Signals are delivered through integrated platforms such as MetaFmtf.io (for Forex) and TradeSync.com (for Futures), and executed via high-performance VPS infrastructure.

This service does not constitute financial advice or investment management.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date platform credentials where applicable (e.g., MT4/MT5/cTrader).

• You are responsible for ensuring your trading account is active, accessible, and eligible for signal execution.

• You agree not to misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer our signal systems.

3. Pricing and Subscription

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request it via email within 15 days.

• Refunds are only issued if there is no substantial account misuse, and signals were not executed in live-funded accounts with substantial gains.

• Refunds are not guaranteed for performance-based dissatisfaction.

Partial refunds, late cancellations, or dispute-based refunds will not be honored beyond this window.

5. Disclaimer of Profit Guarantee

Trading is inherently risky. While our signals are designed with prop firm compliance in mind, we do not guarantee profits, challenge passing, or funded account retention.

You acknowledge that past performance does not ensure future results.

6. Automatic Copying and VPS

All signals are executed automatically using our VPS-based system. No manual copying or client-side execution is required. While every effort is made to ensure execution consistency, you understand that minor slippage, latency, or platform-based differences may occur.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these terms,

• Engage in abusive chargeback activity, or

• Attempt to exploit, copy, or redistribute our proprietary signals.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any trading losses or missed profits,

• Technical failures beyond our control (e.g., platform outages),

• Actions taken by your prop firm in response to your trading activity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration or small claims court in accordance with local jurisdiction.
